Website AI classification
Public video titles and descriptions are sent to Google Gemini to classify topics, people and places for related-video recommendations. Only results with evidence present in the source text are used. Original titles, descriptions and captions are not rewritten. Analysis inputs, outputs and usage records are stored privately.
Operator and scope
This notice covers hanucouple.com, the owner-only Caption Sync integration and creator tools in the hanu-couple-youtube project operated by Bobby and Olha of 한우커플 [HanuCouple]. Visitors do not need to sign in with Google. Google authorization is an administrative action initiated by the channel operator.
Data and purposes
We use YouTube API Services to retrieve video and channel IDs, titles, descriptions, localizations, thumbnails, publication dates and visibility. Owner authorization allows published caption downloads for display on the corresponding language pages. Caption import targets public videos and published uploaded tracks, not drafts or automatically generated captions.
Creator tools
Depending on features selected by the operator, the separate creator tools process channel analytics, comments, supplied ideas, titles, descriptions, subtitles and generated results. Source material, translations and drafts are stored for work recovery. Running AI generation or translation may send selected content and prompts to Google Gemini. The website caption importer does not change YouTube videos, captions or comments.
Visitor data and cookies
The hanu-locale cookie remembers the selected language for up to one year and can be removed in browser settings. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser information and request timestamps to deliver and secure the service. YouTube embeds and external links may involve device and playback data, cookies or advertising under the relevant provider’s policies.
Storage and processors
Vercel hosts the website; Supabase stores video information and captions. Original caption file storage is private, but caption text attached to public videos is visible to visitors and search engines. Creator workspaces are stored on the operator’s server. Google/YouTube provides authorization, APIs and playback, and Google Gemini processes requests when AI features are used. Processing may occur outside Korea depending on provider infrastructure. Authentication secrets are not included in public pages or source repositories.
Retention, disconnection and deletion
Data is retained while needed to deliver the service, recover work and maintain security. The operator reviews and handles data that is no longer needed and requests for disconnection or deletion. You can revoke app access through Google account connection settings. Revocation stops further API access but does not itself immediately delete previously stored captions or workspace results. Contact us below for access, correction or deletion of stored data; only the minimum information needed to verify a request is used.
Google data use
User data received from Google APIs is used for authorized features, not sold or used for advertising targeting. Applicable Limited Use requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy must be followed. This notice is not a security certification or a guarantee that every legal requirement has been satisfied.
